For those that love California mag discos

I heard the same argument about putting a red dot on a ccw. That the prosecutor will argue xyz.

Like if we're going to get into hypothetical prosecutor arguments, then wouldn't specifically seeking out and paying a premium on an off-roster version of a gun available on the roster (Like a Sig P365) in order to avoid the safety features give the prosecutor something to question as well? Like we can do this all day if we're just going to 💩post legal jeopardy without evidence.
The defendant purposefully sought out an illegal off-roster out of state model that is deadlier and lacks safety features, and is not approved for use in the state of CA.

Yeah we can all play this retard logic game. Exactly.

As the unelected spokesperson for the Smooth-Brain Caucus: we take severe offense to the vile allegation that “logic” played any part in our deliberations. That is textbook defamation. We made baseless statements on modifications in pure, unadulterated panic, and we demand you respect our craft. Our legal team is already drafting a response in washable marker.

Going to the range on the regular and practicing has the same logic as the red dot claim... "he was practicing to be more lethal". It's also why the idiot Sheriff in CCO had to pull back from their restrictions. Dumb argument. It's also why a CCW should ALWAYS be coupled with insurance and a card you carry in your wallet that tells you what to do.

Leave it to the experts.

^This!

Also in bold letters on that wallet carry card should be printed, "STFU". Your lawyer will thank you.
