It does to most, but look up tubular magazine fed rimfires. Marlin model 60, all (most) of the 22 lever guns. I admit I haven't looked at that in a long while but I don't believe it's changed and you can still buy them with the big tube mags. (Or maybe an original Spencer with a mag extension to hold more?Does the 10 round mag limit not apply to rimfires?
Correct, for rifles. AW laws apply to pistols whether rimfire or not so be careful to set up your 22lr AR pistol and Ruger Charger in legal configurations.Still applies, but people have freedom week mags.
As an FYI, I believe rimfires are exempt from the AW feature bans, so you can run a .22lr AR without a fin grip or maglock for example.

Definitely, the guys at Rifle Supply have one, its awesome.I also saw a stock where you can turn your 10/22 and have it look like the FN P90
