Placebo has messed up many a promising trial.. it’s often too powerful. You can count on around 30% response almost always. I prefer to measure efficacy with labs or tumor markers or ctDNA. What someone says anecdotally isn’t trustworthy.

Yeah I clocked it right away, but to me the casual use of colloidal silver is so obviously misguided. Good show otherwise. Carl Sagan's "Demon-Haunted World" has served me well, along with "The Faith Healers" by James Randi and many others of that ilk.

I once got my hair cut and the barber showed me a pomade he was making, proudly dubbing it, "chemical free".

"Everything is chemical!", I told him—"including dihydrogen monoxide a.k.a. water."

Penn and Teller had a great bit where they got a bunch of people to sign a petition to ban the scary-sounding "dihydrogen monoxide". Hilarious!
