You guys and your 10mm dreams, 10mm doesn’t sell, so you won’t see a 10mm.
I owned a 10mm. Found no use for it other than an expensive range toy. Got rid of it a few months laterFor real. 10mm is an internet cartridge. Lots of guys claim they are gonna carry it in case a bear attacks them or something dumb like that. The reality is most people won't every buy one.

The shadow system Axio looks dope AF
$2k is a bit tough to swallow thoughI would be down for an Axio with the 4lb trigger. I like what they did with the trigger using the PDP as bench mark. The longer slide travel looks interesting as well.
I hope this gets on the roster and the LCI is on the extractor.

Great points all around. And as you say, if it’s all it’s cut up to be, and it’s good to go right out of the box, then my initial sticker shock is overblown. It's a matter of perspective for me. If I'm stepping up from a sub $600-$700 striker fired gun then yeah, it's way too much but if I see it as an alternative to a 2011 then it's not too bad at all. Let's say I carry a Staccato HD line but want something striker fired instead.
I prefer hammer fired guns, the 2011's, CZ's and the Sigs but aside from the 2011's the rest don't really have a great holster support. It's hit and miss. If this Axio performs as well as they say and retains the support of Glock holsters then it's a winner for me.
Edit : I'm perhaps more interested in their new trigger system than the Axio it self.
Guys wanting a 10mm crack me up when they are all going to reload it down to 40S&W ballistics anyway. LOL! And dont say you arent cause no one believes it. Ha!

Am I the only one who thinks Staccatos shouldn't cost more than $1,000?
I get all excited when I see one but then I pick it up. The gun feels wonky and I put it back down.
Also less lolSir, it’s 2026, a time when medium fries at McDonalds cost $4.39
If a Staccato should not be more than $1000 how much should a Glock or M&P be?
The Glock market in CA is surreal. Spending enough for a decent 1911 or a really nice Beretta and ending with a used Glock is wild.Sir, it’s 2026, a time when medium fries at McDonalds cost $4.39

Gaston originally wanted to sell the Glock 17 for $300 but his sales manager said no one would want to buy it because they’d assume it’s some cheap Eastern European junk, so $500 would sell better.Sir, it’s 2026, a time when medium fries at McDonalds cost $4.39

That's a fair point. The inflation adjusted value of $300 and $500 USD from 1982 (Glocks release) to today is $1000 and $1650, respectively.Gaston originally wanted to sell the Glock 17 for $300 but his sales manager said no one would want to buy it because they’d assume it’s some cheap Eastern European junk, so $500 would sell better.
With all the advancements in manufacturing, computing, what have you, gun prices should all be much lower across the board.
The big thing is how much QA is happening. If they’re individually testing each part and have a high rejection rate, that’d explain the higher cost, though justifying it might be a stretch.
Route 66 is taking preorders as of yesterdayWaiting for the HK CC9
