100% agree. Not only is the Staccato expensive AF, but the rear sight in front of the optic is a dealbreaker for me, more so than the price. I hate the front sight in front of the optic setup.

Im not a big fan of it either but does offer more protection for cool guy barricade racking.

You just made me cry a little, I've been waiting like a little kid at Christmas. I talked to Staccato Customer service several weeks ago and all they said was their working on it ?

I am in a similar situation. I keep checking in with Stacatto and they keep giving vague answers. I’m on a waiting list for this to happen since July.

Most likely the site blocker is the only thing I can see why its taking so long.

If that is true then it’s has to be CA messing with us since the sight block is just a piece of steel fixed in place that does not affect the mechanical action of the gun,

Just talked to Kimber and they are working on a couple of their 2k11s probably the 4" comp and a 5.

Glock just said they are working on a few things. Poor glock booth guy didnt look happy

Kimber is working on getting their new 2011 on the CA roster?? Any way to get more work on the 5” being added? this is probably the one gun I’m getting excited about.

I ended up removing the “rear” sight from mine and instead of the Staccato HOST optic plate, I used a Dawson plate that has an integrated true rear sight. Looks much cleaner and doesn’t have the annoying sight in front of the dot window.

This is my plan with the C4X as well. I'm gonna run the Dawson plate with rear sight and the new Holosun 507 X3.

It’s really not hard to get in just dm any of the million vendors and ask if they have extra badges.

I went with a media badge one year

A bunch of hackers went last year with fake badges and posted pics and stories about it. It’s not like some exclusive show to get into half the attendees are gun nerds in cargo shorts and grease stained grunt style shirts
