WellThe HD Did make it to the roster... the HD P4
Yes. LinkIm guessing you work for Staccato?
First of all, big props to bringing the gun to the CA market. If anyone has any questions about this, let me know, I'll do my best to answer what I can!
Does this mean there really is no way to remove the mag disconnect and that it's integral to something, or is this more of a legal disclaimer needed to appease the CADOJ?The California Compliant model is equipped with a magazine release disconnect which prevents the trigger from being pulled when the magazine is out of the gun. This cannot be reversed, but can be configured for right or left hand shooters.
They likely cant tell you if its reversible or not.First of all, big props to bringing the gun to the CA market.
I noticed on the website it says:

Not publicly at least. HaThey likely cant tell you if its reversible or not.
Is it the company’s intent to only produce the HD line for CA? I prefer the larger 2011 mags for their capacity advantage in competition. If anyone has any questions about this, let me know, I'll do my best to answer what I can!

That's a great point. Individual Officer pricing on a G45 COA is $845. That's with three (3) mags. I imagine that Agency pricing is less.Who is this for? The HD appeals to essentially 3 people from what I can tell:
$2500 before taxes and fees is a real stretch IMO. Either way I'm glad there are more options here and middle fingers up to the LEO who scalp the rest of us.
- Poors who are excited by the thought of Glock mags in a 2011. Who aren't going to actually buy it anyway.
- Haters who claim that Staccato guns aren't duty guns because they aren't drop safe. They weren't going to buy it anyway.
- LE agencies that they have lined up to buy the thing, but now have to compete with the COA Glocks at a fraction of the price.
Not likely due to the compact with how the comps attachedwhens 4.5 being added?
This is definitely not my preferred model, don’t even want it. The lack of commonality with an actual 2011 makes it less than desirable to ME. Let’s go P or even C2/XC.Who is this for? The HD appeals to essentially 3 people from what I can tell:

Yep, one benefit is any 2011 on the roster lowers the demand, and ideally the price for off roster 2011's.This is definitely not my preferred model, don’t even want it. The lack of commonality with an actual 2011 makes it less than desirable to ME. Lets go P the or even C2/XC.
Rustled? Look in the mirror. My comment apparently triggered you.Ive never seen anyone so rustled that a high quality pistol was added to the roster. Sheesh.
Says the guy crying about the price of a gun he supposedly doesnt want. Makes sense.Rustled? Look in the mirror. My comment apparently triggered you.
