That's exactly why I've avoided buying a ramjet. Essentially if they release their suppressors that can attach to the same barrels.

I don’t think the guys at radian are aware of the ramifications. Someone should reach out because I imagine a big chunk of their ramjet sales are from CA and they wouldn’t want to lose that

Well essentially any threadless comp would banned. We would be stuck with ports

Releasing a suppressor has nothing to do with it. The PC and criminal code read that lugs are effectively threads.

I know it technically they are separate things, but the trend of things is they will try to apply it to the ramjet if they can stretch it, and having a suppressor able to attach to it could be the domino that pushes them over to taking action, rightly or wrongly.

Yeah you'd pretty much be limited to ports, or comps that are pin and weld or integrated with the slide.

We'll get a confirmation when someone is arrested with an item in question and gets charged for it. I don't think the DOJ gets away with declaring guns people bought legally to be illegal without a grandfathering clause. The anti-gunners are well aware that without a grandfather clause it's going to be an easy pick up for the courts to rule against them. They know to infringe just enough.
