Kimber 2K11 California Updates?

Remember the 10 day wait was overturned in court. We still have a 10 day wait. They use our own tax dollars against us. They essentially have unlimited funds to fight in court plus it's not their money.
Supreme Court and a Republican DOJ change a lot

nice! so, basically similar to the staccato HD design. So, not a huge deal function wise and should be similarly very easy to black out so that you can't even really tell it's there.

I'll never know the reason people likes Kimber.

Kimbers died when the PoS Leslie Edelman financially strongarmed and stole the company from Warne family. Yes the Warne family, family known to be excellent gunsmiths and gunmakers, (Warne mounts? For example, yes, it's them.) Quality of Kimbers died when Leslie got hold of company.

Kimbers are overpriced junk 1911.

Want to buy a 1911 from a company that is owned by someone who never tinkered with guns before and only sold them, buy a Kimber.

Want a quality 1911 from a company that is bringing out innovative or consistently quality 1911s at a price that fits them, buy every other company 1911s before thinking of Kimber.

As someone who despises and seriously dislikes RIA 1911s, I'd rather pay full price for a RIA than half-price on a Kimber.

Show us on the doll, where Leslie Edelman touched you…

Nice, best implementation of LCI. Kudos to staccato to show how it should be done.
Guns aren’t on the roster yet, but retailers already got some on hands?

So legally they can sell them to LEos I believe but I’m sure there is some contract they signed that states not to sell till they are on roster. Which should be sometime this week.

A RIA is a great pistol and you can’t go wrong with one. All 1911 /2011 require frequent cleaning/ lube so that they work as intended. Most people coming from a striker fire are surprised they can’t put 2k rounds into it without a cleaning or lube.

Why would anyone who’s exempt from roster buy one with LCI and mag disconnect?

Because guns without mag disco and LCI are inherently dangerous!

I can't wait for these to show up in stores and absolutely crash the 2011 private market. Maybe flippers will actually get something interesting to flip.

Just found this out recently.

RIA was founded by the founder of Springfield Armory before being acquired by Armscor/Squire.

RIA/Armscor CEO Martin Tuason also died toward end of last year.
