Glock will likely come up with some type of Commiefornia model to satisfy the state. Many other things you buy are CA only like some paints, leaf blowers, cars, motorcycles, various lubricants, and on and on. Unfortunately these products are not as good as the original product. When I go out of state I always have my shopping list with me.

California has banned Glocks and can easily tie this up in the 9th circuit for 5 years or more. So the Supreme Court can’t touch it until it works its way through the 9th is that right?

So the next thing California would do is decide you can’t keep your Glocks and do like Canada and offer a 1 year buy back and then turn you into a felon if you still possess a Glock after that 1 year window.

Face it California can’t wait to be the first state in the country to do that and they know nothing is stopping them. This would be just the first step.

Sadly. Then again, the caliber is typically available on the shelves during any ammo-gedon. Which makes it nice to keep one or two guns in.40

Technically, SCOTUS can take a case at any stage. However, the majority of the justices want the lower courts to decide the case first. Otherwise, why would we need the lower courts, if any call goes straight to SCOTUS.

We are not quite there yet, but I won't be surprised when it happens one day.

I often see pistols grossly overpriced due to the aforementioned features. It’s a tool. You’re not trying to win a pistol beauty contest. I just want my pistol to run like a top. That’s it.

It's not only about the aesthetics, also it diminishes the performance. Mag disconnect literally disables your firearm. It's not a big issue for the paper tagret plinkers, but could become problematic in a life-threatening situation.

It seems like some people enjoy sharing headlines because they need to have an opinion.

NDs do have a place, but surprisingly one model does it a lot more often than others. Do you want to argue that?

It's really the fact that they have never acknowledged it to be a problem and even called people that experienced it liars. This post really sealed the deal for me, it's pretty stupid of them to just call it all fake news and act like the victim. I haven't seen it in real life but there are hundreds of accounts of it happening. I don't "trust" anyone, but to just completely deny it's a thing is crazy. There are people that have gotten the p320 to fire without a full trigger press, you can see the videos yourself. But these kinds of statement come from guilty people, they are overcompensating. They sound guilty!
