All this talk about overpriced and overrated Tupperware guns thrown together by cheap unskilled labor that has never fired a gun reminds me of what is good in life. No gun made from recycled trash should ever cost more than $279. I have dozens of meltable guns in my safe, but only the few guns made from steel matter.

Save a little more and buy an heirloom that your grandchildren will take pride in.

I mean ultimately guns are just some machined parts slapped together. I highly doubt HK workers are "unskilled". The Nighthawk looks nice but won't really outperform a $450 RIA 1911 at the end of the day by a meaningful amount

I really feel like that's like saying that a double-wide is also a house and won't outperform a stick-built house. They both do similar things but long term they will have vastly different level of function and longevity.

Nah just pointing out how the "$279 tupperware guns" absolutely dunk on the overpriced 1911. QC issues when for the 1-2k range you can get a Sig 1911 that out performs it with better quality control

also this is an extremely retarded example/analogy if you use your brain for a few seconds, the technology gains in a new car are massive over a 21 year old car, while a 1911 made 50 years ago is the same as one made today. Sorry, but think critically instead of just making dumb comments.

A better analogy would be paying $100,000 for a 2005 Porsche 911 base model (5k Nighthawk) while the other guy pays $35,000 for a 2026 Porsche 911 GT3 RS ($800 HK). Then, claim it is an heirloom. LOL.

There are definitely some legit Leo out there who have off roster guns, shot them and got their fun out of them, and then are kind enough to pass them on through a PPT so that somebody else can enjoy it while charging a reasonable price for it at the same time.
