The place I do my handgun training, which is also where I did my CCW class, strongly believes that if you're going to carry a gun, you should have the ability to stop the bleeding if you put a hole in someone else, or end up with a hole in yourself. Obviously isn't going to anything for a chest or head wound, but none of us can guarantee that, if we ever end up in the extremely unlikely position of having to fire our guns defensively, that every shot will go exactly where we intend, so it's better to be prepared to help someone else, or ourselves, if someone is shot in a leg or an arm.

Yeah. I carry the Snakestaff Systems TQ, which fits in a mag holster. I was curious if anyone had seen an AIWB holster with 2 mag pouches, so I could carry both an extra mag and my TQ. It was just an idea I had, and got some suggestions, but they look like they're geared to competition setups, and not CCW setups.

They spend a lot of time seeking out silly to delete, change member accounts so that people are blocked from each other without the ability to unblock them, and hand out "infractions" or whatever the hell that is for posts that are a month or more old.

The good ole web belt. Good for a tourniquet, and a tight “Marine Corps” sling for your M16-A2 service rifle. Don’t forget your ink stick was also good for sunken chest wounds! Be sure to hit it with some Never Dull to shine up that brass!

Reddit is one massive echo chamber. The best thing that happened to YouTube and Twitter was the removal of emotional admins suffering from derangement syndrome. Things got worse when the incels from 4chan started migrating over to Reddit.

Some people believe the bigger issue is that corporations and shareholders may assume that “woke” viewpoints represent the majority when in reality they may reflect a very vocal minority online. If shareholders recognized that dynamic, they might approach public messaging and policy positions differently and stop censoring topics like 2A.

Much of the country including many so called blue states is actually fairly moderate.

If the blue hairs who usually support stricter gun control start to believe their own guns could be restricted from Trump (lol thinking he will take over as a dictator) it will lead them to see the importance of the 2A more clearly. If that happens public opinion will shift and the policy pendulum will swing in the other direction.

I didn’t even call him names. I told him I wasn’t going to argue with him over the information he deleted and that I’d put my law degree up against his and he threatened me with a ban and accused me of pretending to be a lawyer.

I told him he should keep his accusations to himself when he didn’t know who he was taking to and BAM…7 day ban.

Having been a member of the bar for over 45 years now, I woke up this morning thinking there is a really good lawyer joke somewhere in this story.

Most mods are low key here. I think you’ve seen i try to be fair but if you’re going to come after the owner be ready to be kicked out. This isn’t some place we all gather, I have to build it and keep building.

My MO is it’s ok to disagree but just be respectful about it. I think a lot of people forgot how to be politely disrespectful and go straight to internet trolling. There’s an in between. The biggest difference about this site, is it’s a hybrid. You can and are likely to meet people from online here with better success rate than online dating!

So main thing is maintaining decorum, some people feel it’s overreach but if you’re in someone’s house, gotta respect their rules. I have nothing against you or know you. I think you can tell we come down hard on people who are disruptive more than a specific side.

Imagine if we banned people because we said they were wrong. I wouldn’t even be here
